Johnny Mitchum Appointed to Arkansas

Johnny Mitchum, MBA, MiCP, CPA(inactive) has been appointed to the Arkansas Economic Development Commission by Governor Asa Hutchinson. Johnny will use his knowledge and expertise in commercial real estate as well as his CPA background to help incentivize businesses and corporations to bring operations to Arkansas. 

The mission of the AEDC: “To create economic opportunity by attracting higher-paying jobs, expanding and diversifying our state and local economies, increasing incomes and investment, and generating positive growth throughout Arkansas.”The vision of the AEDC states: As part of the American Land of Opportunity, Arkansas will be the country’s premier location to work, live, learn, and play, ensuring economic prosperity for all her citizens.”

Johnny Mitchum is also a member of the Arkansas Auctioneers Licensing Board, a position appointed to him by Gov. Asa Hutchinson in 2018. Johnny is honored to serve the State of Arkansas in his appointments to these important commissions.
